Intermediary Role
GND İş Makineleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("GND") only provides information and communication intermediary services for the sell listings and buy requests shared in this section. GND is not a party to the actual transaction between the listing/request owner and the counterparty.
Accuracy of Information
The user creating a listing or request declares that the information shared (machine/part condition, price, brand/model, etc.) is accurate and up to date. The user is responsible for any false or misleading information.
Not Withdrawing from Price and Terms
The user agrees not to unilaterally withdraw from the price and terms stated in their listing or request without a justified reason.
Liability
Legal and financial responsibility for the transaction between the parties (including payment, delivery, invoicing, warranty, defects and disputes) belongs entirely to the parties involved. GND cannot be held responsible for any disputes, damages or losses arising during this process.
Commission
If a commission is applied on the transaction, the rate and terms will be separately communicated to the relevant parties before the transaction.
Publication Approval
GND reviews submitted listings or requests before publishing and reserves the right not to publish, or to later remove, content it does not deem appropriate.
Personal Data
The contact information you share is used only for communication purposes by the counterparty and GND, related to the relevant buy/sell process.
